Held April 7th, 7PM at the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre, Edinburgh
MAG invited you to come along and quiz representatives of Political parties on their party’s policies on motorcycling issues.
Issues discussed included bikes in bus lanes and the new Forth Crossing.
We had representatives from the Green Party, Scottish Conservatives, SNP, UKIP and Scottish Labour.
MAG's Director of Public Affairs and Campaigns Lembit Opik chaired the meeting, maintaining an apolitical stance to ensure we got to hear all views without favour or bias.
Its back, though downsized and a change of venue!

The 2012 AGM was held at the Stair Arms Hotel, Pathhead, Sunday 16th December. Originally planned for 16th October (along with the rock nite), but postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. Thanks to all who attended.
The 2012 AGM was held at the Stair Arms Hotel, Pathhead, Saturday 17th March, along with the Rock Nite later that evening. Thanks to all who attended both events.
We had an AGM at the Two Bridges Hotel in South Queensferry at the end of January 2011. The meeting was well attended, we got updates and a few ideas were thrown in for 2011. Amongst other things a website overhaul was requested and here we are. See the minutes for the rest.
On 2nd October 2010 we held the MAG Scotland AGM, at the Stair Arms in Pathead. Minutes here. This meeting was well attended, with folks from Aberdeen MAG and the North East of England coming along to have their say too, and enjoy the party later on. Oh... did we forget to mention there was a totally excellent rock night afterwards?! Shame on us. It was a gas! Or maybe a bunch of gasbags. Whatever, we had a lot of fun.

Held 17-19 June 2011 by MAG Yorkshire, big party, big fundraiser.
Held 3-5 June 2011, thanks to all who volunteered and helped out. Gallery has been updated.
Run by North East MAG, Middlesbrough MAG, maybe SEN MAG and assisted by at least a couple of local clubs. Usual field, bands, beer, bonfire. What more could you want. The Tyne Tunnel toll charges Demo Run did not go ahead, as agreement had recently been reached to drop the toll charges. Not until 2014 though. So more hanging about on-site than normal manning the MAG stand and promoting our Rally. But missed out on our annual run for fish'n'chips to Whitby :-(
Run by MAG Yorkshire and attended by bits of Edinburgh MAG. Valley Rally number 13, with lots of stalls, comedy show and a great big bonfire. Fun had by many, photies in Gallery.
We had another Rock Night at the Stair Arms on 26th March 2011. Bit warmer than the last one for those camping. A reasonable turnout, a bit down on the last time but enough to cover costs and make a bit of profit. Maybe we should have cut the DJs fees...
On 2nd October we had our AGM and Rock night at the Stair Arms. Both were very well attended: opinions were voiced, committee was elected, some decisions were made, a lot of liquor was consumed and a fair bit of dancing was danced too. The staff seem quite welcoming of a bunch of hairy folks and their loud music, and there is ample parking. We don't seem to have many pics of the event though (well, the MAG crowd did get off to an early start at the bar...) so if you'd like to send us yours we'll post them in the Gallery.
